Apps & Plugins — AI + WordPress

I Don’t Just Build Pages
I Build Tools

Apps and projects related to AI and WordPress that I’ve built. Every one started the same way — something in my own page-building workflow was slow, confusing, or missing, so I built the fix myself.

What I’ve Built

Plugins, Themes, and Tools I’ve Created

Some are WordPress plugins, others are applets built inside Claude or Gemini — all built for my own workflow, to solve real friction in building and running client sites.

Visitor Trails

See what a visitor actually did, not just that they showed up.

Simple, visual answers to a question Google Analytics makes surprisingly hard to answer — even for a developer.

Learn more

You know traffic is coming in, but not the story behind it — which buttons got clicked, what path someone took before they left, which campaign actually brought them in. Visitor Trails shows a visitor’s full page journey and click activity in plain terms, plus built-in dynamic tagging (that ?tt= you’ll see on links across this site) so the dashboard shows exactly which link or campaign drove that visit.

Why I built this: standard analytics tools bury that answer behind reports and dimensions that take real effort to piece together — even for me, as the person who builds the pages.

Simple Menu Editor

Makes the WordPress admin actually tolerable to work in.

Dividers and rearrangeable items turn an overwhelming flat menu list into something you can actually scan.

Learn more

The WordPress admin menu gets overwhelming fast — a long flat list with no way to group related items or create visual breathing room. That friction adds up daily, even for someone who works in the backend all the time.

Why I built this: even as a developer who lives in wp-admin, the default menu wore me down. A small build with an outsized effect on daily tolerance.

Bulk Image Assigner

Swap images across dozens of pages from one screen.

No more opening ten slow editor screens just to fix ten thumbnails.

Learn more

Duplicate a page a few times and rewrite the copy, and the images get left behind — still showing whatever the original page had. Sometimes real photos aren’t ready yet, so placeholders go in instead. With 10+ location pages needing the same swap, that means opening every editor screen one at a time. Bulk Image Assigner lets AI drop in placeholders while building, then swaps them across multiple pages at once from a single screen.

Why I built this: born out of that exact cycle — duplicate, rewrite, forget the images, fix later. This collapses “fix later” into one screen instead of ten.

Block Inserter

Add a section to every page at once — instantly, no AI required.

Forgot a “Financing” section? Push it to every service and location page from one place.

Learn more

The normal fix is visiting each page individually, or re-running AI generation and hoping it doesn’t disturb everything already dialed in. Block Inserter takes one HTML block, lets you specify exactly where it should land, and pushes it across every targeted page at once.

Why I built this: AI can add a missing section too, but it has to run through and read each page first. When you already know the exact structure, inserting the block directly is instant instead.

Just Spectacular Theme

Custom WordPress theme built to port an AI-designed page into WordPress fast.

Base templates, fixed-width and fully scalable, built around an AI-first design process.

Learn more

AI can design a great-looking page quickly, but getting that design working inside WordPress is its own job. Without a theme built for that handoff, every AI-designed page turns into a manual porting exercise. This theme closes that gap, so what AI designs is close to production-ready from the first paste.

Why I built this: off-the-shelf themes aren’t built around an AI-first workflow. This one is.

Page Bulk Content Adder

Turns a folder of AI-generated content into live pages, almost instantly.

Still experimenting — works with ACF today, with a token-based version in progress to skip field setup.

Learn more

Creating pages one at a time doesn’t scale, especially for many similar pages like locations or services. AI can generate the content, but turning dozens of JSON files into real pages one by one is still slow — and with ACF, every field has to exist before content can even be assigned.

Why I built this: content generation was already fast; turning that into real pages was the bottleneck. The ACF-free version aims to remove the last manual setup step.

Copy Tweaker

Fix one headline without leaving the screen or re-prompting the whole page.

Tweak copy part by part, assign tonality per section, generate right on screen.

Learn more

AI-generated landing page copy rarely nails every section on the first pass. The usual fix is re-prompting the whole page, or tab-switching to fix one section and pasting it back in. Copy Tweaker lets you tweak copy part by part, right on screen, with its own tonality, vibe, and framework per part.

Why I built this: built directly out of the tab-switching pain of fixing one section’s wording.

Listing Graphics Generator

Turn a listing into shareable social graphics.

(Prototype) Enter the details and get downloadable images ready to post on socials.

Learn more

Real estate agents need quick, professional graphics for every new listing to post on social media, but designing them one by one takes time. Listing Graphics Generator takes the listing details and outputs downloadable graphics ready to post, fast.

Why I built this: still a prototype, built to remove the manual graphic-design step that comes with every new listing.

Listing Page Generator

Paste a listing, get a landing page.

Creates a real estate listing landing page from raw, unorganized MLS text in under 3 minutes.

Learn more

Real estate agents often have messy, unorganized MLS text and nothing built to turn it into something presentable fast. Listing Page Generator takes that raw text and generates a full listing landing page in under 3 minutes, no manual formatting or page building required.

Why I built this: agents move fast on new listings, and waiting on a manually built page slows that down. This turns messy source text directly into a ready page.

Color Palette Adjuster

See a color palette on a real page, not an abstract shape.

Palettes applied to real, ready-made sections — and a nice touch for letting clients pick their own colors.

Learn more

Most online palette tools show colors on abstract shapes, not anything resembling a real website — hard to judge how it’ll actually feel once applied to real sections and real industry language. Color Palette Adjuster applies palettes to real, ready-made page sections instead. It also works as a client-onboarding step: letting clients pick their own site colors gives them that “I picked it” sense of control before the build even starts.

Why I built this: abstract previews never translated to how a site actually feels once built.

Others

Other Plugins and Applets Created

Click Tracker

Most link tools make you build a brand new cloaked link every time you want to tag a new source or campaign. Click Tracker cloaks the link and tracks clicks like you would expect, but you can also just tack a subid onto the end of a link you already made — no need to regenerate it from scratch.

Design Library

I kept finding layouts I liked with no real way to save them besides a messy screenshots folder. Now when I spot one, I screenshot it and tell AI to break it down layout-wise, and it gets added to the library. Next time I want that same structure, I just pick it from the list and reference it — no re-explaining the layout from memory.

Simple Popup

Every popup plugin I tried loaded a pile of assets for a feature I never touched, when all I actually wanted was a popup to embed a form in. So I built one that does just that — a couple lines of CSS and JS, nothing else riding along with it.

Section Planner for Local Services

Building local service sites, I noticed the sections that matter shift from niche to niche — what a plumber site needs is not what a roofer site needs. This gives me a list of typical local-business sections I can drag and drop into an order. It prints out the final list, and I hand that straight to AI with "build the page with these sections."

Elementor Widget Parser

If you have built an Elementor FAQ section by hand, you know copy-pasting each entry in one at a time gets old fast. This skips that — copy the FAQ widget, paste in the raw entries from a notepad, and it hands back the complete widget with everything already embedded. Maybe two minutes, done.

Browser Folder Bookmarklet

Previewing a folder of HTML files usually means leaving the browser, digging through file explorer, and clicking back in — over and over. This sits in your bookmarks bar. Click it and it opens the file list from wherever the current file lives, right in the same window. Never have to leave the browser.

HTML Live Block Inserter Bookmarklet

Sometimes I just want to see how a new block looks on a live page before committing to building it properly. This drops a chunk of HTML straight into the page for a quick look. Works best when AI is the one generating the block — you are just previewing it in place.

Client Onboarding (Prototype)

Paste in client details and it produces a starter dashboard for them plus a brand kit. Still early, but the goal is the same as the rest — skip the manual setup work I would otherwise repeat for every new client.
